Logistics Shipments and returns

Packages are dispatched daily from 3:00 pm after receipt of payment. Packages are dispatched via Mondial Relay, Colissimo or Chronopost with tracking and drop-off without signature / with signature. 

Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online. Your XXX DVDs are generally kraft-covered, and the packages are stuffed with dunnage to ensure optimum shipment.

Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. We recommend that you group your items in one order. 

We can't group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.

Returning an item

All returns must be made with a file number obtained by contacting our customer service department. Any return made without prior contact with the store will not be taken into account.

For all returns made by post within 14 days of receipt of the item ordered on our website, please follow the instructions below:

- Repack the item in its original packaging with labels still attached.

- Clearly indicate the return address we will give you and the return number.

- Return your parcel to a post office and obtain a proof of deposit. Do not return the parcel without a proof of deposit. If you do, the returned parcel travels at your own risk.

- Keep the proof of deposit that justifies your return. You may need it if your parcel is lost or delayed.

- Items must be returned to us complete and intact (unused, unworn, unwashed, etc.) and in their original packaging. Refund or credit code issued after conformity check.
